My Philosophy
Effective psychotherapy is built upon a foundation of science and theory and is brought to life by the art of a healing connection. My work integrates a combination of theoretical frameworks, which include somatic experiencing, EMDR, emotionally focused couples therapy (EFT), attachment theory and neuroscience.
Through knowledge and warmth, I will help support you to heal from your past and create changes for a more fulfilling future. I honor the process of exploring and understanding the lens through which you view your world, based on your race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity and culture.
