About My Practice

Schedule a Session


I invite you to call me today to schedule a brief phone consultation or to schedule a session. Therapy is conducted both in-person and via telehealth using the HIPAA compliant Zoom Platform.


Individual Sessions are 45 minutes

Couples/Family Sessions are 60 minutes


Fees


Please contact me via telephone or email to discuss my current fees for Individual, Couples and Family Psychotherapy.


Payment


I accept cash, check or payments via Zelle or Venmo.


Health Insurance Information and Reimbursement


I am not a member of any insurance networks and am considered an out-of-network provider. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker my services are insurance-reimbursable via your out-of-network benefit. I provide weekly or monthly invoices with all the information you need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 


Important questions to ask your health insurance company:

     

  • Does my plan cover out-of-network behavioral/mental health?
  • What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
  • Is there a limit to my coverage?
  • Is a referral required from my primary care physician?


Cancellation Policy


A scheduled appointment means that the session time is reserved for you. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notification. If cancellations occur after 48 hours, you will be charged the full session fee.
